International geotechnical conference - geomos2010

摘要

In June 2010, the International Conference "Geotechnical Problems of Megacities" organized by the N. M. Gersevanov Scientific-Research Institute of Foundations and Underground Structures and the Saint Petersburg Scientific-Production Union "Georekonstruktsiya-Fundamentproekt" was convened in Moscow (Fig. 1). The International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) in the persons of President J.-L. Briaud (United States) and Professor P. Pinto (Portugal), as well as five technical committees of the society have actively supported the conference.
