摘要

A computational model is proposed for determining the carrying capacity of subgrade reinforced with vertical elements is proposed. The model is based on the hypothesis that the resistance of the subgrade to indentation by the foundation slab is comprised of the resistance to triaxial compression in the central zone and resistance to shear in the edge zones.
