ETHICS, SOCIAL CAPITAL AND GOVERNANCE: IMPLICATIONS FOR PUBLIC POLICY

Theorists such a I.M.D Little (2002) have pointed to the inescapable nexus between ethics, social capital and governance. The aim of this paper is to examine the nature of this relationship and its implications for the formulation of pubic policy. In this context, an attempt will be made to highlight the writings of Professor Jones which touch upon these issues.
