Revelation Energy LLC told a federal bankruptcy court on Dec. 17 that due to a burdensome bid procedure featuring InternationalnResources LLC as the stalking horse bidder, it has withdrawn its competing bids for the primary assets of Miller Bros. Coal LLCnRevelation said it "hereby withdraws its bids for the purchase of substantially all assets of the Debtors and will not participate anynfurther in any of the Debtors' attempts to conduct an 'auction' for such assets.
