U.S. Department of the Interior Secretary nKen Salazar announced Dec. 20 the opening nof a 60-day public comment period for the nAtlantic Wind Connection, setting the pro-nposed transmission line off the east coast of nthe U.S. up for further approvals if there are nno competing offers.
