The Florida Public Service Commission on Feb. 22 approved a set-ntlement filed last month by Progress Energy Florida that addresses nthe rate impacts of the ongoing outage of unit 3 at the Crystal River nnuclear plant and the cost recovery of the proposed Levy County nnuclear project.
