In the wake of a court ruling that ended a stay of the boiler MACT nrule, the EPA is seeking to alleviate industry concerns by emphasiz-ning that it will offer more time for compliance. Pending a final version of the rule, the agency vowed to refrain from taking action against nnoncompliance.
