House unanimously passes bill to ease small hydro permitting

The U.S. House of Representatives has again passed legislation naimed at easing the process to permit small hydroelectric projects, nallowing larger projects to be exempted from federal licensing nrequirements and promoting the generation of power from existing nnonpowered dams.
