Judges scold EPA, Clean Power Plan opponents for hijacking court’s power

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has granted an additional 60-day postponement of the Clean Power Plan litigation, but several of the participating judges warned that this likely will be the last delay they will approve without good reason.
