Coast Guard reopens Va. ports hours after Hurricane Florence makes landfall

The Coast Guard reopened Virginia’s Hampton Roads ports a few hours after Hurricane Florence hit the East Coast early Sept. 14. The ports stopped operating Sept. 11 in preparation for the storm.
