Natural Resource Partners declares 45-cent common unit distribution for Q4’17

The board of directors of Natural Resource Partners LP’s general partner declared a fourth-quarter 2017 distribution of 45 cents per common unit for NRP, to be paid Feb. 14 to unit holders of record as of Feb. 7. The board also declared a fourth-quarter distribution of $7.8 million on the partnership’s 12% class A convertible preferred units, which will be paid entirely in cash.
