The year 2006 will see AFCEA— and SIGNAL Magazine—marking its 60th anniversary. From its beginnings as the Army Signal Association, AFCEA International has become an organization of global renown with an ever-increasing impact on the world of communications and electronics. SIGNAL Magazine, its official publication, also has matured from a small journal called SIGNALS to an authoritative international news magazine that features its own online e-newsletter, SIGNAL Connections.
