Speaker Outlines neet Requirements The chapter's April luncheon featured Steven C. Cade, assistant deputy chief of staff for fleet capabilities requirements, concepts and experimentation, U.S. Fleet Forces Command. Cade outlined the programs that the command engages in on a daily basis to keep the fleet in a readiness condition. He also highlighted the directives of Adm. John Harvey, USN, in maintaining the fleet in all aspects of operational readiness. Teresa Duvall, chapter president, also recognized Ray Steckman as a Distinguished Life Member of AFCEA International.
