The AFCEA community recently suffered a great loss with the passing of Cdre. Robert Howell, RN (Ret.), the former general manager of AFCEA Europe. Robert was a wonderful asset to AFCEA International before, during and after his term as head of the European office. And, in addition to the professional skills he brought to every AFCEA endeavor in which he was involved, he also was a good friend to all who knew him.
