Green, USN, has been selected for the rank of rear admiral and will be assigned as executive officer to Supreme Allied Commander, Europe. Col. Mark A. Baird, USAF, has been selected for the rank of brigadier general and assigned as commander, Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
