AFCEA Honors High School Science Fair Award Winner

Michael Lowinger, nominated by the AFCEA West Point Chapter, is the 2000 winner of the AFCEA Educational Foundation's annual award for the best high school science project related to communications, intelligence or information systems. The winning project was selected from science fairs nationwide and displayed at AFCEA's TechNet International 2000 convention and exposition. The award included a cash prize and a trip to Washington, D.C., for the winner and his family.
