Planning, construction and commissioning signal-controlled ETCS using the example of the Basel node

Signal-controlled ETCS has been planned, constructed and commissioned for the first time in Germany at the Ba- sel node and on the High Rhine Erzingen - Konstanz railway line. The involved parties have shared their experiences from the individual phases using the example of the Basel node. This offers some preliminary insights into the project and encourages the exchange of information.
