BMI targets passing European tonnage

Baltimore Marine Industries (BMI), Sparrow's Point, is following with great interest the extraordinary increase in European tonnage plying the east coast of North and South America - and is looking at ways of serving their docking needs. Through its relationship with German shipyard agent Germania Shipyard Agency, the yard aims to offer its European shipping partners a fair price for their docking needs, as well as timely redelivery. BMI's strategy is to offer a service that will not force them to return to Europe for routine dockings.
