Cummins Turbo technologies, an international manufacturer of turbochargers for medium and heavy-duty diesel engines, expanded operations at its UK site, opening a brand new, multi-million pound, state-of-the-art production line. The new line is destined to employ approximately 45 staff and is situated in the same location as the company's worldwide headquarters in Huddersfield. It has been built specifically to increase production capabilities for the Holset VGT turbocharger, which uses patented technology to deliver technologically advanced benefits such as improved fuel economy, increased versatility and reduced vehicle emissions for commercial vehicles.
