Damen launches Compact Stan Tug series

The three tug types, Stan Launch 804, Stan Tug 1004 and Stan Tug 1205, are designed to be strong, highly manoeuvrable and easily manageable for a one- or two-man crew. The new vessels are ideally suited for towing, pushing, mooring, line handling, passenger transport, surveying and pilotage. With the addition, the Stan Tug family now stands at 11 designs. Damen product director tugs and workboats, Coen Boudesteijn, commented: "The development of smaller workboats has a long history at Damen and has in fact been one of the company's core activities right from the start of Damen Shipyards."
