The transfer tables (3a, 3b) are configured to deliver the noted strips to the connecting device (4) adapted to connect the rear coiled strip and the front coiled strip, and a welding machine (6) made with the possibility of butt welding of the noted rear coiled strip and a front coiled strip. Each of the transfer tables (3a, 3b) is made in the form of a loop table (5) adapted to form the strip loops for its centering directly on the noted transfer tables (3a, 3b) and to feed the strips connected on the connecting device (4) in the form of the common draw roller, directly to the welding machine (6) without additional looping.
