Powerful pusher for South American waterway

In a joint initiative with the Argentinean shipyard company Astillero Servicios Portuarios Integrados(SPI), the Damen Group has developed a design proposal for a powerful new type of pusher tug tailored to the Hidrovia Parana-Paraguay waterway. Besides its exceptional potency, one of the fundamental attributes of the Pusher 4619 concept is the capability it offers to undertake complete, uninterrupted transits of the extensive river system with barge trains, and to do so in all conditions.
