No slowdown in tug demand

Turkish tug factory Sanmar has delivered the first of a trio of new Bogacay class tugs, Jabal Yabsa, to the Port of Fujairah. The Bogacay class, which was developed by Canadian designer Robert Allan Limited (RAL) under the class moniker of RAmparts 2400 Sanmar exclusive (2400SX), has proven a popular model for Sanmar; prior to Jabal Yabsa, it has constructed 15 Bogacay tugs since the completion of the first in class Bogacay 1 (renamed Zeycan Y by Turkish owner Gemport) in 2013.
