摘要

A new method for fabricating microfluidic devices is proposed in this paper. The microfluidic device is fabricated by combining glass microchannels together. These glass microchannels are fabricated by microchannel puller using hot-drawing process without complicated microfabrication technology. The process is low cost, simple and free manipulation. Two types of micro chemical devices are designed based on micro ejection technology and fabricated by this combining process. The fabricated devices have good micro characteristics. The performances of the devices are verified by series of experiments. Digital micro mixing or micro reaction has been carried out. By changing driving parameters, the mixing and reaction effect can be improved effectively. Microcapsule and double emulsion droplets preparation are realized using this new micro chemical device.
