摘要

A highly selective and sensitive fluorescence "light-up" probe PTH for ClO- has been developed, which is designed by a new strategy based on TEMPO-oxidation for the first time. PTH exhibits excellent properties including quick response (within 2 min), lower detection limit (63.7 nM), good linearity (R-2 = 0.9863) and specific selectivity. More importantly, its application of detection ClO- in real samples has also been achieved.
