Dielectric Anisotropy in CVD Polymer Thin Films

Polymers are promising for intermetal dielectric applications, but their anisotropy is a concern. Three polymers are studied to determine their anisotropic dielectric properties as a function of growth and anneal conditions. Initial connections are made between their structural properties and growth conditions.
