Zamil Offshore restructures

Zamil Offshore celebrates its 40th anniversary next year, having originally been formed to operate in the offshore marine support business and own and charter vessels to Saudi Aramco back in 1977. The company recently completed a comprehensive restructuring programme, spinning off its business units into three subsidiaries - Zamil Marine Operations, Zamil Offshore Construction and Zamil Shipbuilding, Ship & Rig Repair.
