FILLING THE GAPS

摘要

The article reports that the U.S. Marine Corps is moving aggressively into unmanned aviation and looking for unmanned aerial system (UAS) for logistical, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and air support missions. Topics include the Corps also looking at several proposed UAS concepts to provide logistical support to distributed ground units and plans to enhance its already fielded systems to protect Marines on the ground from hostile flying drones.
