Raytheon Develops New Cockpit for UAV Control

Raytheon has developed a new cockpit ground control station for unmanned aerial systems (UASs). The Universal Control System (UCS) is the first ground control station designed specifically around the operator to enhance combat effectiveness. The UCS is designed to control UASs such as the Predator with a new ground-based cockpit optimized to improve situational awareness and training, and decrease costs.
