The DNA Sequence of Human Chromosome 21

摘要

As part of international human genome project, the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) jointly with the Department of Molecular Biology, Keio University School of Medicine and Germany's three research groups have completed DNA sequence of human chromosome 21. The following is the extract of their paper which was appeared on the Nature issued on May 18, 2000.
