AN INVERSE STEADY-STATE THERMOELASTIC PROBLEM OF A THICK RECTANGULAR PLATE

This paper is concerned with the inverse steady-state thermoelastic state thermoelastic problem to determine the known temperature, displacement and thermal stresses on the lower plane surface of a thick rectangular plate occupying the space D:0 ≤ x ≤ a; -b ≤ y ≤ b; 0 ≤ z ≤ h with the known boundary conditions by applying finite integral transform, Marchi-Fasulo transform and Laplace transform techniques. Numerical estimate for temperature on the lower plane surface has been obtained and depicted graphically.
