Geodesic flow, connecting orbits and almost full foliation

We study in this article a special dynamical behavior of geodesic flow on T~2. Our example shows that there is an area-preserving monotone twist map for which all minimal periodic orbits can be connected, and at the same time for a certain rational rotation number the minimal set is almost an invariant curve.
