A Rapid and Cost Effective Protocol for Screening of Oral Cancer

Oral cancer is a global problem particularly in South - East Asian countries where again majority of the cases are found in India. Incidence is again higher in East and North-East part of India in comparison to other areas. Oral cancer is a preventable medical disorder and its treatment is costly. In this study an attempt has been made for a rapid and cost effective protocol for screening of oral cancer which will be suitable for mass screening, even as a field technique.
