摘要

Surface modified Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Co0.08Mn0.52]O-2 cathode materials. The oxide particles were coated by sugar. Sugar coated Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Co0.08Mn0.52]O-2 did not show significant difference in X-ray diffraction patterns. Sugar coated Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Co0.08Mn0.52]O-2 obviously showed higher capacity with good cyclability. Also, area specific impedance was significantly lower for the sugar coated Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Co0.08Mn0.52]O-2 during cycling, compared with that for bare Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Co0.08Mn0.52]O-2. Our investigation demonstrates that the sugar conducting framework can efficiently alleviate the polarization of bare Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Co0.08Mn0.52]O-2 material leading to an outstanding enhancement in cell performance and cycling stability.
