Len Thompson has always had a liking for the B-25 and remembers building the old Airfix kit when he was a boy. It was now time to add an up-to-date model to his collection.rnNo. 2 Group of the RAF was equipped with the Bristol Blenheim until 1941, when a replacement was sought. In the absence of a suitable British design for a small, medium bomber that would be used in support of the Army in any campaign in Northern Europe, it looked to the North American B-25 Mitchell.
