With SAP R/3, the government of Nova Scotia has invested in a Cadillac. At the wheel are the men and women of the government's own SAP Customer Competency Center (CCC)-a model example of how to drive a luxury ear year after year without having an accident. "Our rush hour lasts all of five minutes," laughs the young woman as she describes her journey to work in Halifax, the capital city of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, Her workplace is right in the city center, where she and her team support some 6,000 SAP users.
