Here we see an example of how new modeling and flexibility tools could help automate such a complex process as the treatment of a disease and its attendant hospital procedures. Meet Patient Walter. It comprehensively solves problems of integrating applications, their components, systems, and business. This has encouraged SAP Research Center Brisbane to strategically explore the possibilities and promises of BPM and set up a research program on Business Process Modeling & Management (BPMM).
