BOE Hyundai (Beijing) Display Technology Co., Ltd., and BOE Electronic Materials Division are typical small and midsize subsidiaries of the BOE Group. In 2004, BOE and Han Consulting (China) began implementation of SAP Business One. It has improved management and competitive advantage of the enterprise, and has provided a model for the overall strategy of turning the BOE Group into a digital company.
