Sixty passengers were injured when the cruise ship Ecstasy changed course to avoid a buoy off the coast of Mexico on a Caribbean cruise on 23 April. Operator Carnival Cruise Lines said the passengers, who had minor injuries, were treated in the ship's infirmary.
