Two dead in Philippines collision

Two mariners were killed and another was missing after a small tanker and a fishing boat collided in the Philippines in March. The Philippine Coast Guard said the 1,425dwt tanker Hagonoy snagged on a net cast by FV Aleja off Sangley Point in Cavite. The tanker, operated by Herma Shipping & Transport, then rammed the boat, the PCG stated.
