The owner of a bulker laden with gold ore that sank off Russia's Far East coast has been charged with the deaths of its nine crew members.Amurskaya, a 611dwt freighter carrying about 700 tonnes of gold-bearing ore from Port Kiran to Okhotsk, issued a distress beacon on 28 October before disappearing in waters off the Shantar Islands.
