PSC time check The Paris and the Tokyo MoUs have launched a campaign to ensure watchkeeping personnel comply with the number of rest hours stipulated by the 1978 STCW Convention. Port state control officers will use a list of 10 selected items to establish that personnel are meeting the requirements. The inspection campaign will be conducted from 1 September until 30 November.
