Three dead in barge sinking

Three people died and six were rescued after a barge belonging to PACC Offshore Holdings (POSH) Semco capsized off Batam on 18 July. A statement from the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) of Singapore said the Singapore-flagged barge POSH Mogami sank 2nm northeast of Sekupang, Batam, that night. There were nine people on board the barge when the incident happened.
