My father, Patrick O'Sullivan, was killed at the Wembley Stadium construction site on 15 January 2004. A crane collided with a platform, dislodging it from its mounting, and bringing it crashing down on top of those working below. My father was killed, and his colleague Ray Carroll was left disabled.
