Change in CHIP regulation prompts guidance update

A second edition of Chip for everyone has been published following recent changes to the Chemical Hazard Information and Packaging (CHIP) regulations. The regulations are being replaced by the new European regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, known as the CLP regulation. The second edition offers a basic guide to the duties and obligations under the CHIP regulations. It is not intended as a detailed guide to the CLP regulation but as a basic introduction and overview of the duties and obligations under the CHIP regulation.
