At a hearing on 18 June 2013, Mr Parry admitted a breach of Code point 18 in force at the time. He was convicted of relevant criminal offences. Mr Parry accepted that his offending also showed a failure to comply with Code point 16 in force at the time. The Disciplinary Committee took this into account. It determined that the offences were so serious as to be incompatible with continued membership and expelled Mr Parry from membership of IOSH. The Disciplinary Committee at the same hearing found that Mr Richardson had breached Code point 11 in force at the time. He submitted to IOSH a purported copy of a certificate falsely showing the award to him of a qualification accredited to satisfy the academic requirements for transfer to graduate membership. The evidence included an admission from Mr Richardson that he did not have the qualification.
