AN EFFICIENT WAY TO REGULATE THE GLOBAL CLIMATE IS THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE SOLUTION OF THE CLIMATE PROBLEM

摘要

Ways to stabilize the global climate at its current level are discussed. It is shown that the Kyoto Protocol is not the right way to achieve this objective. The introduction of highly dispersive aerosol particles into the lower stratosphere is proposed for reducing climate warming.
