Paraffin Deposition in Crude Oil Production and Depressor Additives for Paraffin Inhibition

摘要

Paraffin deposition on cold metallic surfaces in crude oil production, collection, and transportation is studied. Comparative analysis is made of the efficiencies of various paraffin inhibitors in West-Siberian paraffin oils. The mechanism of action of the additives is analyzed in relation to the phase and structural transitions in them in model systems.
