DEVELOPMENT OF POWER-ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS AT VORONEZH SEMICONDUCTOR-COMPONENT PLANT

摘要

Developments in power-electronics components at Voronezh Semiconductor-Component Plant, including a wide range of Schottky diodes, fast-recovering diodes, and MOSFET are described, and the production of new sealed casings, including casings for surface installation and for insertion, is discussed. In 2004, the plant introduced more than 70 such components.
