GOOD GOVERNANCE, INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT FOR ROAD ADMINISTRATIONS

Apiarc international seminar on good governance, institutional integrity, and human resources management for road administrations was held in warsaw from 20 to 22 october 2005. The seminar was co-organized by the technical committee 1.3, performance of road administrations, together with the general directorate for national roads and motorways (gddkia) in poland. Over 80 participants from 22 countries attended this event.%Un séminaire international de l'aipcr sur la gouvernance, l'intégrité institutionnelle et la gestion des ressources humaines a eu lieu à varsovie du 20 au 22 octobre 2005. Ce séminaire, coorganisé par le comité technique alpcr 1.3 performance des administrations routières et la direction générale des routes et autoroutes de pologne (gddkia), a attiré plus de 80 participants de 22 pays.
